ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 1, 2007

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Ellen Abelson, Richard Gorden and

                  Mark Mazur

1.  The Board reviewed a letter from the state with fiscal year 2010 Certification

     Recommendations.

2.  The Administrative Assessor described the meeting he had with the Finance

     Committee to present our fiscal year 2008 budget.

3.  The Board discussed requests by the FINCOM for information about and our review

     of a document related to a commercial development planned for South Main

     Street opposite Shaw’s Plaza and identified as MUOD.

4.  The Board agreed to send some information to the FINCOM about the assessing of

     the parcels in the proposed MUOD development.  The Board also approved as

     amended a memo reviewing the potential taxes that the MUOD development will

     generate.

5.  The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2007 abatement applications for

     the following parcels:

6.  The Board decided to offer a group of abatement applicants from Moose Hill Pkwy.

     a hearing on 2/8/07 at 7:30 P.M.
